A. Nova Hardbanding Lawsuit: Unpaid Overtime Claim Basics

The Siegel Law Group and Lee & Braziel have filed a lawsuit against Nova Hardbanding, LLC (“Nova Hardbanding”). We believe all Nova Hardbanding Field Employees paid on a salary basis are eligible to join the Nova Hardbanding Lawsuit if they worked for Nova Hardbanding over the past three (3) years.
