A. Nova Mud Lawsuit: Unpaid Overtime Claim Basics
The Siegel Law Group and Lee & Braziel have filed a lawsuit against Nova Mud, Inc. (“Nova Mud”). B. Nova Mud Lawsuit: Eligibility
We believe all Field Employees paid on a salary basis are eligible to join the Nova Mud Lawsuit if they worked for Nova Mud over the past three (3) years. We encourage all current and former Field Employees employed by Nova Mud over the past three years to contact us to aid with our investigation of this Lawsuit.

C. Nova Mud Lawsuit: Potential Stakes Involved
Federal wage law permits eligible current and former employees to potentially recover double the amount of their unpaid overtime wages.
