A. Magellan Health Lawsuit: Care Coordinator Unpaid Wage Claim Basics

The Siegel Law Group and Lee & Braziel have filed a lawsuit against Magellan Health, Inc., Services of New Mexico, Inc., Merit Behavioral Care Corporation, and Magellan HSRC, Inc., (“Magellan Health”).  The Law Firms filed the lawsuit on behalf of former and current Magellan Health Care Coordinators (“Care Coordinators”) employed at any time over the past three (3) years that Magellan Health:

  • Classified as exempt from overtime; 
  • Paid on a salary basis; and

B. Magellan Health Lawsuit: Eligibility

We believe all Care Coordinators who Magellan Health paid on a salary basis are eligible to join the Magellan Health if they worked for Magellan Health over the past three (3) years.
