A. Meridian Health Lawsuit: Care Coordinator Unpaid Wage Claim Basics

B. Meridian Health Lawsuit: Eligibility

We believe all Care Coordinators who Meridian Health paid on a salary basis employed over the past three (3) are eligible to join the Meridian Health Lawsuit. We encourage all Meridian Health Care Coordinators employed over the past three years to contact us to aid with our investigation of this lawsuit. Your help will allow us to bolster our client’s allegations and help strengthen the claims of all workers who elect to join the Meridian Health Lawsuit.

Federal wage law permits employees denied overtime wages to potentially recover double the amount of wages owed to them that accrued over the past three years.Based on estimates from our clients, we believe that Care Coordinators may be due over a thousand dollars per pay period of their employment if Meridian Health failed to comply with federal overtime laws.

Jack Siegel, J. Derek Braziel, Travis Gasper, and Jay Forester represent the potential nationwide class of Care Coordinators in the Meridian Health Lawsuit. A Meridian Health Care Coordinator, Kim Slaughter, filed the lawsuit on behalf of all Care Coordinators on August 10, 2017.  The Meridian Health Lawsuit is currently pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, Case No. 1:17-cv-5846.
